Rob Brackett ‒ Interim President
Rob Brackett joined Friendfinder in 2001. Over the last four years he has spearheaded FriendFinder’s infrastructure and software growth.
From 1999 to 2001, Rob was with iPrint Technologies, the Internet's first online print shop. Rob developed software at iPrint to allow the easy creation of custom print shops for many large businesses such as Oracle, Washington Mutual, and 3M.
Rob graduated from UC Santa Cruz with Highest Honors in Computer Science and Honors in Language Studies.

Natalie Cedeno ‒ Director of Human Resources
Natalie Cedeno joined Various, Inc. in August 2001. As the Director of Human Resources, Natalie has been instrumental in formalizing the company’s structure and policies. Natalie is also responsible for the Customer Service Department and the in-house legal function.
Before coming to FriendFinder, Natalie was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Employeeservice.com, a national Human Resources company with 6,500 leased employees throughout the United States. Before Employeeservice.com, Natalie was the Human Resources Associate for the largest non-profit agency in Northern California.
Natalie served in the US Army for 8 years and served during Desert Storm. She was stationed overseas while finishing her education at the University of Maryland, Munich Extension majoring in Criminology with a minor in Military Science.

Jay Sweeney ‒ Controller
Jay Sweeney started as Controller with the company in September 2001.
From March of 1999 to May of 2001, Mr. Sweeney was Director of Finance / Corporate Controller for Beyond.com, a leading internet software company. Prior to Beyond.com, from January 1998 to March 1999 he worked with BuyDirect to help the company spin out from its parent Cnet, and worked on its merger with Beyond.com. Prior to this, from 1990 through 1997, Mr. Sweeney worked with Price Waterhouse Japan where he provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies operating in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Sweeney holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas and is a CPA certificate holder.
